Job Title: Executive Administrative Assistant

Compensation Range: $35-45/hr W2
Job Description:
The Executive Assistant will support executives by managing a variety of administrative functions with efficiency and discretion.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain executives' calendars and coordinate meetings.
- Schedule business trips and arrange travel reservations using corporate travel services.
- Create and submit expense reports in Workday.
- Attend meetings as needed, taking notes and preparing agendas and minutes.
- Respond to phone calls and emails, preparing documentation, presentations, and reports on behalf of the executive team.
- Carry out daily administrative duties, including ordering supplies and managing incoming mail.
- Print and collate documents for meetings and manage resource scheduling for conference rooms and equipment.
- Act as a liaison with Facilities and Helpdesk for troubleshooting and ticket submissions.
- Collaborate with Communications and HR teams to distribute important messages.
Must-Haves:
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in an executive assistant or similar administrative role.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Workday; strong organizational and time management skills.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, ability to maintain confidentiality, strong judgment, and discretion.
Nice to Haves:
- Experience in corporate travel management.
- Familiarity with project management tools.
- Knowledge of basic HR processes and procedures.
