Job Type Full-Time: Non-Exempt Shift Day Shift Hours 8:00am - 5:00pm Specialties / Licenses or Certifications N/A Work Setting Hybrid Salary/Hourly Wage $26.00/hour - $31.00/hour Our Position Provides administrative support and logistical support the Chief of Staff and to the Executive Team. Tasks include but are not limited to arranging meetings, progress tracking, and documentation. Reports to Chief of Staff. Reviews, prioritizes, and directs a variety of confidential requests that are presented to the executive team for consideration. Summarizes, prioritizes, and researches information into a concise and usable format for the team to review. Provide timely, quality, and accurate documentation in accordance with project management and program standards. Completes assignments using the following skills and abilities: Meeting Scheduling, Data Entry and Analysis, Documentation, Travel Coordination, Use of Microsoft 365 and Other Software Uses independent discretion, judgement and knowledge of organization to facilitate activities. Break projects into doable tasks and set timeframes and goals. Coordinate quality controls to ensure deliverables meet requirements Measure and report on project performance All other duties as assigned. Effective oral and written communication skills. General knowledge of various employment laws and practices. Excellent interpersonal skills. Skills in database management and record keeping. Able to exhibit a high level of confidentiality. Demonstrate organizational skills and high degree of accuracy. Able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner. High School Diploma or equivalent, plus 2 years of administrative project experience, or Associated degree in business related field, plus 6 months of related work experience, or Bachelor's degree in related field may substitute for required experience. Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality (HIPAA guidelines and regulations) and professionalism. We are a Second-Chance Employer Must be able to pass a seven-year background check.
