Job Description At Kroll we look to our Executive Assistants to support and empower our Senior Leadership. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal are essential. The role requires advanced problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing plans and prioritize effectively. The role demands excellent customer service for internal and external customers with the ability to work under time pressure. The role requires willingness to support the EA group and be a collaborative team player, whilst maintaining confidentiality on projects and operations. **The role requires in office presence of 4 days per week minimum. Our office is located at The World Trade Center** Day-to-day responsibilities:
  • EA support to a defined group of MDs.
  • Act as MD's proxy, prioritize emails and respond when necessary.
  • Responsible for Outlook calendar management and contacts as required.
  • Organize all travel, visas, and entertainment in accordance with travel policy and timely expenses submission.
  • Organize and prepare for meetings, ensuring relevant documents available and attending to logistics of meetings.
  • Liaising with Front of House for catering requirements at meetings.
  • Act as IT for all meetings, understanding of all internal and external platforms.
  • Attend management meetings and take minutes / actions as required and follow up.
  • Assist with planning and organizing of client/company events.
  • Assist with budgeting for internal / external events lead by MD.
  • Expert within company platforms i.e., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics etc.
Essential traits:
  • Four or more years of experience in similar role supporting senior management.
  • Advance knowledge of Microsoft products.
  • High level of interpersonal skills and ability to communicate at all levels.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proactive and confident using own initiative.
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of integrity.
  • Experience in overseeing budgets and expenses.
  • Excellent time-management skills and an ability to organize and coordinate multiple concurrent projects and remain calm under pressure.
  • Proficient IT skills and an aptitude for learning new software and systems.
  • Flexible team player, willing to adapt to changes and unafraid of challenges.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of information related to the company and our employees.
  • Understanding of project management.
