Working and reporting directly to the Chief Advancement Officer (CAO) in all areas of Advancement. The Manager, Advancement and Executive Assistant to the CAO - provides administrative support to both the CAO and Advancement Team, including Individual and Planned Giving, Foundation and Government Support, Corporate Partnerships, Trustees and Special Events. Job Requirements : Handling confidential and time-sensitive correspondence Managing a complex calendar, travel, workflow, briefings, and budget; assisting with department budgeting and donor billing Drafting correspondence and reviewing and editing all correspondence submitted for the CAOs signature Drafting meeting agendas Processing invoices, expense reports, and reimbursements; assisting on projects as necessary and required. Liaise and work closely with the Directors office, all Museum departments, and will interact with donors and the Board of Trustees. Manage Ad Hoc Projects and Initiatives as needed Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree 5+ years of Administrative Experience in an office setting. Candidates with prior Junior to Mid-Level Executive Support Experience - are strongly encouraged to apply. Superb communication, writing, and leadership skills with the organic ability to effectively engage with varying levels of leadership as well as general staff. Advanced Computer Skills: MS Office, Outlook (a must) and Raisers Edge fundraising software (preferred). Stellar Organizational skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize and juggle multiple tasks. Impeccable ability to coordinate, collaborate and lead cordially and harmoniously with other staff. Thorough, effective and efficient ability to focus on details; ability to exemplify sound judgment and discretion. Ability to deal effectively and efficiently with high-level donors, patrons, and trustees. Compensation: Salary Range : $80,000 - $85,000 The advertised pay range reflects the good faith minimum and maximum salary range for this role.
