Job Description :
Education: Associate's degree in business administration or related field is preferred, along with a minimum of two years' related experience.Bachelor's degree preferred.Licensure/Certification: Indiana Notary Public, or able to obtain.Experience: Musty have at least (3) years' experience as an Executive Assistant and/or a combination of education and experience determined by the President/CEO to be sufficient to qualify for the position.Mental/Physical Effort: Must be able to work under pressure of deadlines and frequent interruptions. Courtesy and discretion are required in dealing with visitors and staff members. Work requires close attention to detail. Considerable initiative and judgment involved in assuming responsibility for routine matters. Must be able to deal with situations which necessitate occasional independent decisions, and also to handle public contact in a manner that reflects the credibility of the Hospital and the Administrative offices. Sits at desk most of working day, operates transcription and computer equipment; handles office equipment and materials; stoops and bends when using files.
