Executive Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing related administrative support services to our Global Controller. You will be part of a global workforce energized and united by a common purpose: making a difference in the moments that matter - for our clients, our communities, and our world.
We will count on you to:- Provide direct senior level administrative and operational support to the Global Controller
- Manage complex calendars and schedule senior leader & executive level conference calls, video conference meetings, in-person, and on-site/off-site meetings with clients, c-suite executives, and employees - this requires understanding the priorities in alignment for the business and firm
- Schedule and organize routine and non-routine activities such as department meetings, activities, and other events
- Answer, handle, and screen telephone calls from clients, c-suite executives, and employees
- Arrange and coordinate complex and frequently changing domestic and international travel arrangements and logistics, including international visa and immigration matters
- Coordinate and prioritize incoming requests and inquiries, ensuring timely and appropriate responses, as well as preparing and managing meetings, including but not limited to arranging meeting space, meals, materials, supplies, and other logistics
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and proposals using Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word while ensuring all documents produced adhere to Marsh's global identity, and document standards and templates
- Manage sensitive, highly confidential, and proprietary information with discretion and the utmost level of confidentiality at all times
- Process, coordinate, and file completion of expense reports in a timely manner
- Resolve administrative problems by analyzing information, identifying, and communicating solutions
What you need to have: - 10+ years of experience as an executive assistant for a corporate company
- Ability to be in the office 3-4 days a week; flexibility required
- Ability to manage complex calendars and partner effectively with others
- Flexibility with being online to address unexpected disruptions to travel and make alternative arrangements as needed (including weekends and holidays)
- Strong interpersonal skills coupled with excellent verbal and written communications skills; must handle sensitive information with professionalism, discretion, and integrity; comfort and confidence in working with senior external and internal contacts
- Highly organized, adaptable to changing priorities, and ability to add structure where needed
- Ability to juggle many tasks at once and follow up on outstanding items
- Proactive with self-directed decision making in respects to planning (setting up visitor passes, locations for meetings without direction, etc.)
- Detail oriented, high level of accuracy in work product, and meet commitments
- Be an enthusiastic team player with a positive can-do attitude
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)

All Marsh McLennan colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week. Office-based teams will identify at least one anchor day per week on which their full team will be together in person.The applicable base salary range for this role is $50,400 to $100,700.The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
