Job Overview:

LHH is seeking an Executive Manager to support the chair of our client's company, and who is also a co-head of CMI. This position is fully on-site and is with an established investment firm in Northwest DC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Support: Handle tasks such as executing trades, setting up new accounts, processing fund transfers, engaging with clients to address their inquiries, and maintaining account-related documentation. Series 7 and 66 licenses can be acquired after joining.
  • Portfolio and Investment Research: Conduct research related to portfolios and investments.
  • Executive Assistance: Manage administrative tasks for business entities, including reviewing tax documents, ensuring tax payments are made, and executing other related functions.
  • Personal Assistance: Prepare and submit expense reports, organize occasional off-site events, and perform filing, photocopying, scanning, and other personal tasks as needed.
  • Office Management: Oversee general administrative duties to ensure smooth office operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 5-8 years of prior experience in an administrative or executive assistant role
  • Excellent organizational abilities and a strong attention to detail
  • Outstanding communication and client service skills
  • Proficient writing and numerical aptitude
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and QuickBooks Online
