Our client, a leader in Accounting Technology Solutions, seeks an Executive Assistant to support the CEO.Responsibilities:
- Act as the Key point of contact for CEO and Chief of Staff with other executives and external partners.
- Managing CEO calendar, including scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and prioritizing the most sensitive/urgent matters.
- Work closely and proactively with CEO and other executives to keep them informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, prepare materials in advance, and follow up appropriately.
- Project management including assisting in planning and initiating projects, assigning and tracking tasks, and preparing reports and updates on project status.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of work experience as Administrative Manager, Office Manager and/or Executive Assistant, supporting a C-Suite senior executive or team.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Experienced in Microsoft Office Suite including Teams, Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Ability and willingness to work 5-days per week on-site at their midtown NYC offices
