Our client is a well-established financial services firm located in Century City, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant for an immediate long-term temporary assignment. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, professional environment with a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have support experience within financial services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives.
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Act as a liaison between executives, clients, and internal teams.
- Assist with event planning and coordination as needed.
- Perform other administrative duties to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant with experience working within a fast paced finance firm.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional demeanor with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Available to work 100% on-site in Century City.
Rate: $30-$32 per hour DOE
