Executive Assistant
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our executive team. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage complex schedules, coordinate travel arrangements, and handle various office-related tasks while bringing innovative solutions to daily challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage complex calendars for multiple executives, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and events
• Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries
• Handle expense reports and reimbursements
• Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports
• Organize and maintain filing systems, both digital and physical
• Plan and execute company events, meetings and lunches as needed
• Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
• Manage office equipment and new furniture needs
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• 5-10 years of experience in an administrative or assistant role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
Desired Skills:
• Experience with travel research booking/itineraries and expense management
• Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Microsoft To-Do, Co-Pilot)
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Software is preferred
