Energy Worldnet (EWN) is seeking a dynamic and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide confidential administrative support for the CEO Office. This role is essential for coordinating logistics, maintaining governance-level records, prioritizing enterprise tasks and deadlines, and overseeing office facilities and supplies.As the Executive Assistant, you'll be a proactive problem-solver who ensures smooth operations for the corporate office, effectively representing EWN with professionalism and discretion.Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule Management:
- Manage and prioritize CEO and COO calendars with diplomacy and regular communication.
- Coordinate logistics for executive meetings and schedules, resolving conflicts and clearing roadblocks.
- Communication Coordination:
- Handle communications for senior leaders, including screening and drafting responses.
- Manage corporate internal messaging aligned with leadership tone and vision.
- Travel and Event Planning:
- Organize complex travel itineraries and ensure smooth logistics for senior leadership.
- Plan and manage resources for meetings and events, ensuring all preparations are in place.
- Office Operations:
- Oversee office facilities and supplies, ensuring efficient operation and maintenance.
- Maintain structured recordkeeping systems for corporate documents and governance materials.
- Expense and Problem Management:
- Handle expense approvals and reporting for senior leadership.
- Address challenges with resourceful problem-solving and proactive resolution strategies.
Qualifications Required:
- Five (5) years of administrative experience or four (4) years internal experience with EWN.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook for scheduling and calendaring.
