The estimated salary range for this role is $52,223 to $70,502 annually.

Provides administrative services including: calendar management, processing of documentation such as letters and emails, meeting set up/minutes, event coordination, travel arrangements, expenses, assist with special projects, maintain business unit SharePoint pages, mail distribution, Executive email management and exercises discretion in managing the confidential and sensitive nature of communications associated with senior executives' and managers' activities.

Assists with special projects, performing basic research and/or collecting special reports to and from colleagues. Assists with event coordination, coordinating production of materials, meeting dates, attendees, sites and equipment, food and drink, and procuring other items as needed. Exercises moderate level of autonomy in troubleshooting issues as they arise.

Planning and preparing meeting and meeting minutes for Committee Meetings. Aid in preparing Policies and Procedures for Committee meetings and coordinate correspondences with the Executive Administrators for Board approvals.

Prepare invoices within invoicing system, expense reports, and credit card management within system. Assists in managing and maintaining business unit budget. Document management, including collecting receipts, sorting and delivery of all mail, scanning documentation as necessary, and maintaining central filing system. Supply order and coordination for executives and their teams.

Assist in the onboarding and offboarding of business unit employees and contractors/vendors. Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless transitions. Keep team records current throughout.

Provides back up support in the absence of other administrative support colleagues.

Computer Skills: Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Webex and Outlook.
