Then keep reading! Game, Fish and Parks is looking for an Executive Assistant who will provide administrative support to the Secretary of the Department of Game, Fish and Parks; department staff; and the Game, Fish and Parks commissioners. The person selected will perform a wide variety of support and administrative functions, which require the application of sound independent judgment and discretion when scheduling meetings, arranging video calls, preparing vouchers, coordinating travel, and routing calls and visitors.

Ability to:
* maintain schedules and appointments;
* make travel arrangements and handle meeting logistics;
* coordinate and/or assist with department-wide projects and events;
* review documents, forms, data, and files to ensure accuracy and completeness;
* process vouchers for payments and handle routine fiscal procedures including basic accounting/bookkeeping and financial principles;
* handle multiple priorities;
* communicate information concisely and efficiently;
* research topics, compile and analyze data;
* exercise tact, patience, and discretion in communicating and dealing with stakeholders of varying backgrounds and personalities;
* schedule meetings and meeting locations;
* prepare agendas and materials for Commission meetings;
* takes notes at meetings and prepares formal minutes;
* research and plan lodging and transportation arrangements;
* prepare and submit monthly reports;
* assist the Department Secretary in day-to-day functions and work collaboratively as a team.
