SENIOR EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT FLOATER AT GLOBAL HEDGE FUND

Base Salary is $115K to $135K; Including Paid OT (if worked)

Solidly established Global Hedge Fund is looking for an experienced executive/administrative support professional to join its organization as a Senior Executive Assistant Floater. In this role, you will provide coverage support for a variety of Senior Executives at the firm. You will play a key collaborative role in keeping business initiatives organized and on track. Also, you will work closely with the EA Team's Leadership and EA Managers, learning principal preferences and team dynamics before taking on coverage assignments as they arise.

Working in the office Tuesday through Thursday with the option to work from home on Monday and Friday.

REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS

• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• At least Six (6) years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook).
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
• Accustomed to taking ownership of work product and excel at working in a team environment as well as independently.
• Able to learn and utilize productivity software, including Slack, Confluence, and SharePoint.
• Detail-oriented and Exceptional Organization skills.
• Excellent Written and Verbal Communication skills.
• Able to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion is a must.
• Demonstrated keen judgment.
• Able to learn quickly while assisting high-performing executives.

RESPONSIBILITIES OVERVIEW

• Manage complex schedules.
• Coordinate and execute detail-sensitive meetings.
• Plan intricate travel itineraries.
• Liaise with internal business units and external parties.
• Offering support for key projects.
