Job Title - Executive AssistantLocation - 1100 AVE OF THE AMERICAS New York City NY10036Duration - 12 Months ContractJob Description:The Senior Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to a Senior Executive / Managing Director and their immediate team, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and organizational skills, capable of handling multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain executive schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and events, including logistics and catering.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed.
- Oversee office operations and ensure a productive work environment.
- Provide administrative support to other departments as required.
Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 7-10 years of experience in an administrative or senior executive support role.
- Previous experience in a banking or financial environment is highly desirable.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
