Our client, a premiere investment and asset management company, is seeking an Executive Assistant to join their team providing 1:1 support to an executive with the firm.
*This role is 5 days in office*
Responsibilities include:
• Extensive travel coordination (domestic and international).
• Answer and screen telephone calls in a courteous and professional manner.
• Coordinate meeting arrangements (setting up conference calls, scheduling meeting rooms, arranging reservations / catering, etc.).
• Manage multiple calendars.
• Prepare, track and manage expense reports via expense reporting system.
• Work with international teams
• Perform other duties or special projects as assigned.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in financial services.
• Previous 1:1 executive support, or group executive support.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects.
• Can do attitude, willing go above and beyond
• Concur experience (travel and expenses)
• Demonstrated computer skills, with an emphasis on MS office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills, follow-through, attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to take initiative, responsive, 24/7 type mentality
• Ability to interact effectively with representative of clients
This role is in office 5 days/week. The salary offered for the role, based on experience, is 120k-140k.
