Job Title: Executive Assistant
Location: Tallahassee, Florida (on-site)
Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding administrative support to Partners/Lobbyists.
- Manage multiple calendars, schedule meetings, events, and conference calls.
- Welcome high-profile clients professionally at reception.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and manage travel expense reports.
- Maintain an organized filing system for company documents.
- Manage a multi-line phone system, direct calls, and take messages.
- Prepare accurate quarterly reports within established timelines.
- Process check requests promptly and accurately.
- Cross-train with team members for backup assistance.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3+ years of exceptional administrative support experience.
- Proficiency in Zoom, Teams, and MS Outlook; strong tech-savviness.
- Professional appearance in adherence to company policy.
- Availability to work core hours (8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., M-F) in-person, with flexibility for additional hours as needed.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check.
- Preferred experience in a legislative environment.
