Location: Manhattan, NY (hybrid -3-5 days/week from office)

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to [Executive's Title]. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted partner, ensuring efficient management of the executive's daily activities, communication, and strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support: Manage the executive's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings, ensuring alignment with priorities.
  • Travel Management: Plan and book travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Communication: Act as the first point of contact, handling correspondence, emails, and calls on behalf of the executive.
  • Meeting Preparation: Organize agendas, prepare briefing documents, and take minutes during meetings.
  • Task Management: Track and follow up on tasks and projects to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Document Management: Draft, edit, and proofread presentations, reports, and other documents.

Qualifications

Educational Background:
