Role: Executive Assistant
Location: Manhattan, NY (hybrid -3-5 days/week from office)
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to [Executive's Title]. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted partner, ensuring efficient management of the executive's daily activities, communication, and strategic priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Manage the executive's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings, ensuring alignment with priorities.
- Travel Management: Plan and book travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Communication: Act as the first point of contact, handling correspondence, emails, and calls on behalf of the executive.
- Meeting Preparation: Organize agendas, prepare briefing documents, and take minutes during meetings.
- Task Management: Track and follow up on tasks and projects to ensure deadlines are met.
- Document Management: Draft, edit, and proofread presentations, reports, and other documents.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Event Coordination: Plan and execute team events, offsites, and other organizational activities as needed.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Qualifications
Educational Background:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Professional Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an Executive Assistant or similar role.
- Experience supporting C-suite executives is preferred.
Skills and Competencies:
