About the Role:

Are you a seasoned and strategic Executive Assistant with manufacturing experience, ready to take on a pivotal role as the right hand to the President? This position is more than administrative, it requires resilience, foresight, and a commitment to excellence. You'll partner closely with the President to drive strategic priorities, streamline operations, and ensure organizational success.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning and Execution

  • Collaborate with the President to set strategic priorities and oversee their successful implementation.
  • Track and ensure the timely completion of key initiatives and deliverables.
  • Conduct research, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.

Leadership and Decision Support

  • Prioritize and determine the appropriate course of action, providing recommendations and solutions aligned with the President's style and organizational policies.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and sounding board, offering strategic advice and feedback on critical matters.
  • Build credibility and trust with staff, promoting a collaborative and supportive environment.

Meeting Preparation and Facilitation

  • Prepare the President for strategic, operational, and client meetings by arranging logistics, drafting agendas, and creating presentation materials.
  • Attend meetings, take detailed notes, and ensure follow-up actions are completed.
  • Organize and handle logistics for internal and client-facing events, ensuring seamless execution.

Executive Support and Special Projects

  • Provide high-level administrative support, including managing the President's calendar, communications, and travel arrangements.
  • Oversee and manage special projects, ensuring timely execution and successful outcomes.
  • Serve as a liaison between the President and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining discretion and professionalism.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 7+ years as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting senior leadership in the manufacturing sector.
  • Strategic mindset: Proven ability to manage projects, prioritize tasks, and contribute to strategic decision-making.
  • Exceptional organizational skills: Adept at juggling multiple priorities with precision and efficiency.
  • Outstanding communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, including creating professional presentations and reports.
  • Technologically proficient: Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools, and other relevant software.
  • Problem-solver: Proactive thinker with the ability to anticipate needs and act effectively.
  • Interpersonal savvy: High emotional intelligence, fostering trust and collaboration across all levels of the organization.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

Salary Range: This position's estimated annual base salary is $120,00.00 - $155,000.00. Actual base salary will be dependent on an individual's skills, qualifications, and experience. This role is eligible for 401k Savings plan, Healthcare (medical, dental and vision), and other generous rewards.
