Job Description :

We are seeking a talented Executive Assistant to join our client's lovely family office in Beverly Hills. This person will join the already existing administrative team partnering with the Principals' Chief of Staff and Senior Executive Assistant to support their business, philanthropic and personal initiatives. This role involves the dynamic management and oversight of all aspects of the Principals' complex life, both professionally and personally.

The Ideal candidate will have a no task is too big or too small attitude. We are looking for someone who is hyper organized, polished, professional, and a forward-thinking self-starter with excellent attention to detail. This is a wonderful opportunity to work for a well-established fast paced family office. Please be service driven and enjoy working with a team environment. Must be excellent at anticipating needs, acting independently and as a team, and solving problems with a can-do spirit. Empathy and kindness and a poised, calm manner are also especially important. Strong writing skills and an ability to communicate clearly and concisely are essential.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting the admin team with overall office operations

• Lending support to the Chief of Staff and Senior EA

• Meeting preparation including catering orders, tech checks, and more

• Maintaining office inventories

• General office duties such as filing, copying, and scanning

• Assisting with Principals' travel arrangements

• Running errands between the houses and office

• List management for e-blasts and invites

• Booking reservations

• Other ad hoc responsibilities and projects as needed

Requirements:

• Must have at least 3-5 years of experience working in a similar capacity

• Must have prior experience working in fast-paced environments

• Prior family office, talent agency, or UHNW experience is preferred

• Entertainment candidates will be prioritized

• Must be open to doing some personal assistant responsibilities

• Must be tech-savvy

• Must be able to work from both the home and the office

• BA Degree

• Must have a strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, PowerPoint and Outlook

• Fluency with Apple computers and products

• Unflappable loyalty, strong sense of commitment and kindness, and able to manage highly sensitive confidential information with total unwavering discretion

• Please live in Los Angeles, and already be a local resident to be considered

Compensation:

Up to $110k-120k DOE, benefits, and bonus opportunity.

Location:

Monday-Friday, in person, in Beverly Hills, CA. Standard business hours, with some flexibility as needed.
