Compensation: $60k - $75k plus $25k annual bonus paid out per quarter.

Our Client is a diverse real estate equity group who invests in the improvement of our community. They have exciting projects across Texas with a special emphasis on their homebase of Houston.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our team. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day operations, handle confidential information with discretion, and have knowledge of the real estate industry.

Our ideal candidate will be resourceful, have the ability to think outside the box, will be proactive and have the ability to multitask.

This position will report directly to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calendar Management – schedule meetings and tasks according to Company Calendar Rules
  • Time Management – prioritize and assign enough time in between each meeting/call to keep workflow smooth and free of conflicts
  • Strong Communication – when scheduling, remind executives of upcoming appointments/meetings within the hour. Prompt calendar invites are sent when requested
  • Display a sense of calm and always be on point in stressful situations
  • Always be on your feet and think outside of the box. Anticipate needs and problems that may arise, and possess the ability to quickly fix issues
  • Be adaptable – there is never a dull moment with urgent needs that frequently arise. Must be able to pivot and change direction as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion.
