Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Administrative Assistant to support our executive team. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional with exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth operation of our executive office and contributing to the overall success of our firm.

Key Responsibilities:

- Executive Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.

- Communication: Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, handling inquiries and correspondence with professionalism and discretion.

- Document Management: Prepare, edit, and distribute documents, reports, and presentations. Maintain organized filing systems for easy retrieval of information.

- Meeting Coordination: Plan and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including logistics, agendas, and materials preparation.

- Project Assistance: Assist with special projects and initiatives, conducting research and compiling data as needed.

- Office Management: Oversee office operations, including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships.

- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and integrity.

Qualifications:

- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably in a public affairs or government relations environment.

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

- Skills:

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
