Executive Assistant

Our Boston-based client is looking to hire an Executive Assistant on a direct hire basis. This individual will be responsible for supporting a busy executive for the office and personal related duties. The ideal candidate for this role will need to have 5+ years of senior executive experience, strong calendar management skills, able to coordinate travel arrangements, handle the day-to-day administrative duties and handle personal tasks. Candidate must be reliable, confident, motivated, self-starter with excellent organizational and communication skills and can work well under pressure.

Compensation: 85K-100K

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the scheduling, preparation, and administration of external/internal meetings and events
  • Executive level support; schedule and coordinate appointments, travel arrangements, expenses, etc.
  • Oversee ad hoc projects for various departments and levels of staff
  • Coordinate with facilities as needed for room bookings and office management
  • Handle personal tasks such as family appointments, travel, running errands, paying bills and any additional duties as needed
  • Assume additional responsibilities as required

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 5+ years of experience providing Executive/Senior administrative support
  • Heavy calendar management experience
  • Experience effectively communicating with senior management
  • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Outstanding work ethic and reliability
  • Advanced MS Office Suite experience
