We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our dynamic team supporting the owner, Donna Lennard. Our established and successful restaurants have been expanding into the home decor business, and we have an exciting opportunity for you to play a key role in this growth.
The responsibilities of this position are diverse and encompass both personal and business matters. You will be assisting Donna with project management (in both her New York City and Hamptons homes), photo editing and organization, apartment and condo maintenance and management, staff housing, and complex travel arrangements. Additionally, you will manage her daily calendar, schedule appointments, provide updates and reminders, and handle personal and household details, phone and email correspondence, and service provider coordination. The role also includes paying monthly bills, balancing and reconciling bank accounts, and maintaining financial spreadsheets in liaison with Donna's personal financial advisor.
A crucial aspect of this role will be serving as a liaison between Donna and her leadership team, ensuring they remain informed about current projects and the overall operations of the restaurants, with a particular focus on maintaining attention to detail in each of her businesses.
