Job Description :

A multi-billion dollar private equity firm is seeking an experienced EA to support 2-3 senior investment professionals. The ideal candidate will have experience with complex calendaring and travel coordination and being a good team player! The firm is currently in office 4 days per week and offers competitive compensation + bonus!

Responsibilities

  • Calendar management for executives
  • Aid executives in preparing for meetings
  • Work closely with other admins
  • Coordinate complex travel arrangements including both commercial and private aviation
  • Draft slides, meeting notes and documents for executives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience in the financial services industry
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
