Executive Assistant to Leadership Team | NYC (Flatiron) | $120K-$190K + Equity

Are you the master orchestrator who makes complex schedules dance and administrative challenges disappear? Our client, a rapidly scaling technology company, is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to be the strategic backbone of their leadership team.

You'll be the force multiplier who:

• Orchestrates the intricate symphony of leadership calendars, travel arrangements, and high-stakes meetings
• Drives initiatives that enhance company culture and team effectiveness
• Anticipates needs before they arise and transforms chaos into clarity
• Creates systems that turn complexity into seamless execution

The Ideal Partner in Growth:

• 2-6 years of experience in operations or relevant fields
• A proven track record of supporting leadership teams and cross-functional collaboration
• Superior organizational abilities and project management skills
• Advanced proficiency with productivity tools, including Microsoft Office suite
• Outstanding communication skills and relationship-building abilities

The Details:

• Full-time, W-2 position
• In-person role in NYC (Flatiron district)
• Competitive compensation: $120K-$190K + equity
• Visa sponsorship available
• 5 days/week in office
