About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our President and contribute to the smooth operations of our growing company. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys optimizing workflows, and is passionate about making a meaningful impact on organizational efficiency and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Support: Assist in ensuring the company operates smoothly by managing supplies, coordinating with vendors, and handling general administrative functions.
  • Employee Experience: Contribute to a positive work environment by organizing team activities, maintaining office culture, and helping with employee engagement initiatives.
  • Project Management: Take ownership of various projects as assigned, ensuring timely execution and efficiency.
  • Technology & Systems Management: Use technology to improve internal processes, maintain records, and optimize workflows.
  • Decision-Making & Problem-Solving: Confidently handle day-to-day operational decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Executive Support: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and assist the President with administrative tasks as needed.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Confidence in making decisions and solving problems proactively.
  • Comfort with technology, including office software and process automation tools.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a passion for improving workplace operations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Previous experience in an administrative, operations, or support role is beneficial but not required—we value ability and initiative over tenure.
