Executive Assistant to Executive Vice President of Finance and Executive Team, Well-Known Global Luxury Goods Company, Midtown, NYC
A well-known global luxury goods company headquartered in midtown, NYC is looking for an Executive Assistant to primarily support the Executive Vice-President of Finance as well as help with 2 other members of the Executive Team. Thie culture of this high-end firm is very team oriented and collaborative. This is a full-time role in the office 5 days a week with some option to possibly work remotely when the EVP is traveling once the relationship is well-established. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who describes themselves as very organized, detail-oriented, likes to work with numbers (for Excel reporting) with a team-oriented attitude. The Executive Assistants on the executive team work very much in a collaborative way. The ideal candidate has at least 5-7 years supporting principals in the C-suite.
About the Job:
Support the EVP of Finance as a true right hand” managing an ever-changing calendar, prioritizing meetings/ schedules in multiple time zones
Coordinate complex travel arrangements including detailed itineraries
Prioritize email correspondence; craft emails on his behalf as well as other correspondence, as needed
Work closely with the executive team coordinating internal/external meetings and compiling reports/ information for these meetings; proficiency in Excel required
Prepare for meetings organizing agenda's taking minutes and following up on action items, as needed
Handle expense reporting
Ad hoc projects

About You:
5-7 years of experience as an Executive Personal Assistant supporting high- level C-Suite executives, preferably for an Executive that manages the finances of a firm
Bachelor's Degree
Ability to deal with high level executives and manage those relationships with grace and diplomacy
Very pro-active and a problem-solver with very little need of direction to get things done right; exceptional follow-up and project management skills
High level of integrity and discretion in handling all confidential information
Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills; excellent written and verbal communication skills
A polished, positive “can do” personality that likes to be part of a team
