What You'll Bring:
- Experience: Previous administrative support experience in a professional office environment
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable with office and CRM software (e.g., Wealthbox, Salesforce, Redtail, DocuSign, etc.) and proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Communication Skills: You excel at both written and verbal communication, ensuring clear, professional interactions with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
- Attention to Detail: A knack for spotting the little things that make a big difference
- Time Management: A true master of prioritization, always staying ahead of deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Role Highlights: As an Executive Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our CEO and driving the success of our business operations. Here's what you'll be doing:
- CEO Support: Provide direct administrative support, including calendar management, email coordination, and travel arrangements
- Podcast & Guest Coordination: Manage podcast schedules, guest interactions, and behind-the-scenes logistics
- Office & Client Management: Maintain an organized office, and assist clients and internal teams with operational needs
- Document Preparation: Draft and prepare documents with a keen eye for accuracy and efficiency
- CRM Management: Stay on top of tasks and client details using firm CRM
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients, ensuring stellar service and building long-term relationships
- Continuous Learning: Stay up to date with all the latest technology and tools used in the business
