Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an Executive Assistant to join a technology company that specializes in providing customized web solutions and software development services. You will be reporting to the CEO and be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and organizational support. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of urgency, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and effective client interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and organizational support to senior executives
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and arrange travel
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries
- Maintain confidential files and records
- Coordinate meetings and events
- Provide customer service to clients
- Update CRM and perform other administrative tasks
Required Skills and Experience:
- 3-4 years of experience in Executive Assistant and/or Administrative roles
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience with scheduling and calendar management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems
Nice to Have Skills:
- Prior experience in consulting operations, account management, sales or operations is a plus
This is a 6-month contract-to-hire position with an hourly pay of up to $47/hr.
