A dynamic and fast-paced organization (1,500+ employees) is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide strategic administrative support to a C-suite executive. This is a confidential search for a key role that requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Optimize Executive Productivity: Manage complex calendars, schedules, travel arrangements, and priorities to ensure seamless operations.
  • Facilitate Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between the executive and key stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment.
  • Drive Meeting Excellence: Coordinate executive and board meetings, prepare agendas, take detailed notes, and oversee follow-ups.
  • Handle High-Level Correspondence: Draft, review, and manage confidential emails, reports, and presentations.
  • Support Strategic Projects: Assist with key initiatives, research, and operational improvements.
  • Build Strong Relationships: Partner with internal teams and external contacts to drive efficiency and collaboration.
  • Maintain Confidentiality: Manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of executive support experience, ideally supporting C-suite leaders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams), Google Workspace, and project management tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to anticipate needs.
  • Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and stay one step ahead.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
