About the Role
Please note: This is an on-site position in McKinney, Tx.
As the Sales Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in the sales operation and ensuring it's a well-running revenue generator. You'll work closely with the CRO to ensure the Sales Operations are running fluidly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage and book conference travel arrangements for team members, ensuring seamless logistics and optimized schedules.
- Handle administrative tasks in Salesforce, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, reports, and performing data entry.
- Take ownership of attendance management, coordinate schedules, and ensure smooth team operations.
- Act as a valuable resource for the VP of Sales, assisting with day-to-day management tasks and facilitating communication within the team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support various sales initiatives and contribute to overall team success.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of proven experience in administrative roles, assisting executives or supporting a team.
- Ability to navigate and perform data entry tasks with precision.
- Exceptional organizational skills, capable of managing and prioritizing multiple responsibilities.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high levels of accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Adaptability and resourcefulness, with the ability to handle unforeseen challenges and changing priorities.
- Previous experience in managing travel arrangements is a plus.
