Our client, a prominent venture capital firm in the Bay Area, are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to their senior leadership team. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. The ideal candidate will be a problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can anticipate the needs of executives to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

**Please note this is a hybrid, temp-to-perm roles in San Francisco, CA. Pay is between $120-125k + Bonus.**

  • Key ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive support to senior executives, managing calendars, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate and prepare for board meetings, investor meetings, and portfolio company engagements, including agenda creation and document preparation.
  • Serve as a liaison between executives, investors, founders, and internal teams, ensuring efficient communication and follow-ups.
  • Manage confidential documents and correspondence with professionalism and discretion.
  • Oversee expense reporting, budgeting, and invoice processing for executives.
  • Assist with event planning, including networking events, offsites, and firm-sponsored gatherings.
  • Support special projects, research initiatives, and ad hoc requests as needed.
  • Qualifications5+ years of executive assistant experience, preferably in venture capital, private equity, finance, or a fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and calendaring tools (e.g., Outlook, Google Calendar).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with high-profile stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Experience handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • A proactive and adaptable mindset with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
