We are conducting a search for a 10-person, stable, and successful private equity firm located in the Presidio, San Francisco, CA. The position will report to (and partner directly with) the firm's CFO in support of the firm's founder and the firm as a whole. This job offers a wide array of responsibilities and variety in the day-to-day duties.
Seeking someone organized and friendly who loves EA and administrative support in general and wants to expand their skill set and experience over time.
Mon - Thursday in a beautiful, sunny office located in the Presidio.
Fridays, work from anywhere!
Responsibilities include:
- Calendar management and travel coordination for the firm's founder
- Event planning for internal and external meetings, conferences, and informal gatherings
- Aid in the preparation of executive meetings
- Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of executives
- Draft slides, meeting notes and documents for executives
- Ensure the office is running smoothly, work-related supplies are stocked and available
- Assist CFO with ad-hoc projects including HR, vendor management, and daily operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & Google Suites
- Prior administrative support experience in a similar, professional environment
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Industry experience in private equity, venture capital, financial services preferred.
