Our client, a leading private equity firm, seeks a professional and dynamic Executive Assistant to join their team in NYC. As an Executive Assistant to the CHRO, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support, managing sensitive communications, and assisting with human resources initiatives. The ideal candidate will be proactive, efficient, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the CHRO's calendar, including scheduling meetings and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the CHRO.
- Prepare, proofread, and edit reports, presentations, and other correspondence.
- Organize and track HR projects and initiatives, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Support the CHRO in preparing for executive meetings, including agenda creation and note-taking.
- Collaborate with other administrative team members to ensure seamless office operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant coming out of financial services or private equity.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
