We are seeking a talented Executive Assistant to join our client a family office in Beverly Hills. This person will join the already existing Administrative team. Ideal candidates will have a no task is too big or too small attitude. We are looking for someone who is organized, professional, and a forward-thinking self-starter with excellent attention to detail. Responsibilities:
- Assisting the admin team with overall office operations
- Lending occasional support to the Chief of Staff and Senior EA
- Covering for team members when on vacation or out of the office
- Answering phones and connecting calls as needed
- Meeting preparation including catering orders, tech checks, and more
- General office duties such as filing, copying, and scanning
- Assisting with Principals' travel arrangements
- Running errands between the houses and office
- List management for e-blasts and invites
- Handling all incoming and outgoing package deliveries
- Booking reservations
- Other ad hoc responsibilities as needed
Requirements:
- Must have at least 3-5 years of experience working in a similar capacity
- Must have prior experience working in fast-paced environments
- Prior family office, talent agency, or UHNW experience is preferred
- Must be open to doing some personal assistant responsibilities
- Must be tech-savvy
- Must be able to work from both the home and the office
Compensation:
Up to $105-110k DOE, benefits, and bonus opportunity.
Location:
5 days a week in person in Beverly Hills, CA. Standard business hours, with some flexibility as needed.
