The Windfall is partnering with a Wealth Management firm that is seeking to hire an Executive Assistant. This is working at their midtown, Manhattan office in their Global Advisory; Infrastructure, Power & Renewables team. This Executive Assistant position will provide comprehensive support to the firm's Head of Infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have previous experience supporting individuals of equivalent seniority and be accustomed to the greater responsibility and need for utmost confidentiality that comes with the role. In addition, the firm is looking for candidates with strong communication & interpersonal skills and excellent organizational expertise. The ability to multi-task while maintaining complex schedules, organizing travel and providing administrative and facilities support is essential in this position. This role is working in the office Monday-Thursdays, WFH Fridays from 8:00am-5:30/6:00pm with the flexibility for overtime when needed. RESPONSIBILITIES - Administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements, hotel reservations, booking corporate cars and dining arrangements- Meeting coordination, which includes booking conference rooms, organizing catering services and audio visual needs, printing meeting materials and requesting security passes as well as set up and break down as needed- Process banker expense reports using Concur- Organize office space for visiting employees from other offices- Perform research and other administrative tasks- Various facilities functions to be determined by manager such as the preparation and receipt of packages, mailroom monitoring and delivery, print station stock management, maintenance of the corporate office environment, new joiner desk setups or leaver desk break downs, etc.- Perform and assists with other tasks and special projects as required or assigned by bankers or manager REQUIREMENTS- Bachelor's Degree- The ideal candidate will likely have at least 5 + years of prior experience in a corporate environment- Prior experience in finance, accounting, and/or travel service preferred- Previous experience supporting top level senior Executives- Strong computer skills with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office- Team player with strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated creative problem-solving- Ability to develop strong relationships with key stakeholders across functional areas- Ability to communicate effectively with others and work well in a fast-paced team environment- Ability to work under pressure and multi-task- Dependable and detail oriented- Self-starter and resourceful team player- Proactive, positive attitude PACKAGE$100,000 Base SalaryDiscretionary Bonus Based on Individual & Firm Performance Great Benefits & 401K Commuter Benefits#ZR
