WE'RE SEARCHING FOR A TALENTED AND EXPERIENCED EXECUTIVE OFF PREMISE CATERING CHEF

The ideal candidate has experience

  • Working in a fast-paced off premise catering commissary
  • Being responsible for inventory management
  • Managing culinary financials (food cost, labor cost)
  • Ensuring timeliness of food production and meeting deadlines
  • Developing new recipes, identifying food industry trends
  • Working collaboratively with an Event Sales Team
  • Coordinating with the expedite/delivery team

The ideal candidate has

  • An understanding of federal, state, and local safety, health, and sanitation codes
  • The ability to identify continual process improvements, especially as the business grows
  • Strong management skills
  • An easygoing personality
  • The desire to foster growth
  • A working knowledge of kitchen spanish
