- Working in a fast-paced off premise catering commissary
- Being responsible for inventory management
- Managing culinary financials (food cost, labor cost)
- Ensuring timeliness of food production and meeting deadlines
- Developing new recipes, identifying food industry trends
- Working collaboratively with an Event Sales Team
- Coordinating with the expedite/delivery team
The ideal candidate has
- An understanding of federal, state, and local safety, health, and sanitation codes
- The ability to identify continual process improvements, especially as the business grows
- Strong management skills
