Picturesque, luxury boutique hotel in Georgia is seeking a passionate Executive Chef to oversee a food-centric F&B program. Looking for an adaptable, detail-oriented chef with a mix of restaurant and banquet experience who fosters a positive environment and exemplifies thoughtful, motivating leadership.
**REQUIRES RELOCATION TO GEORGIA!!**
Executive Chef Responsibilities include:
- Collaborate on menu and execute dishes of the highest quality
- Maintain a positive work environment through effective, professional communication with other employees and managers
- Lead, mentor, and train a strong team
- Administrative tasks: ordering, inventory, scheduling, etc.
- Proactively manage costs and labor
- Ensure best practices for safety and sanitation in the kitchen
Executive Chef Preferred Requirements:
- 3+ years of senior culinary leadership experience as an Executive Chef
- Banquet experience required
- Boutique hotel, luxury hotel, or Forbes starred experience
- Experience in managing inventory and cost controls
- Excellent communication skills and leadership qualities
- Flexibility and adaptability to the propertys needs as they arise
- Passion for both food and guest satisfaction
- Flexible schedule, including weekends, and on holidays
Compensation includes:
- Base Salary in the range of $130-160k
