About Role:

The Executive Chef plays a pivotal role in our growth by motivating and collaborating with the kitchen staff to deliver the highest quality dishes. The ideal candidate is confident and effective, overseeing kitchen operations, staff schedules, food quality, and cost controls while maintaining a positive and professional work environment.

What you'll do:

• Lead the Kitchen: Oversee food quality, mentor the team, and maintain a clean, safe kitchen.
• Achieve Excellence: Execute our existing menu, and with time, bring your creative vision to our menu development.
• Streamline Operations: Manage schedules, control food costs, and ensure kitchen equipment is up to standard.
• Staff Development: Train, hire, and develop staff to maintain a collaborative, high-performing kitchen.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: 5+ years in kitchen leadership, preferably in Italian or upscale dining.
• Skills: Strong culinary expertise, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
• Dedication: Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
