What We're Looking For:

• Expertise in operating the broiler in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Creativity to enhance and evolve our menu while continuing excellence
• Working EC who blows away customers with exceptional cuisine
• 3 consecutive years EC experience in the same fine-dining establishment
• Culinary degree
• Positive attitude, strong leadership skills and ability to work well with others
• Professional leading by example - working the line during peak service periods
• Bilingual in English and Spanish a huge plus
• First-class manager of all BOH responsibilities
• Passion for cooking, food, customers and our restaurant family
