Position: EXECUTIVE COORDINATOR ID: CC-0011 Chance for Children aims to give street-connected children in Ghana a dignified life and a bright future. Our dynamic work environment allows you to work on new tasks and to bring in new ideas or approaches to our way of work.With our belief in personal and professional development, the incumbent of this new role has the opportunity to create their career path with us for our children.We are seeking a passionate, versatile, and innovative individual who is excited to contribute to our growing organization.ResponsibilitiesIn this role, the Executive Coordinator shall:Provide administrative support such as scheduling meetings, managing the calendar, gathering data for reports, maintaining a filing system, and answering formal and informal letters and emails for the Executive Director.Assist in developing and implementing PR strategies as well as managing inquiries from media, individuals, and other organizations, and draft news articles.Support in fundraising activities and other events as directed.Gather and organize content for social media and reports for funding.Oversee professional relationships with our stakeholders and manage the database of our donors in Ghana.Be responsible for building and maintaining a bright, unique image of our organization.Take care of visitors.Work with different teams on sub-projects as assigned by the Executive Director.Represent the Executive Director at meetings and report back to the Executive Director.RequirementsTo thrive in this role, you should have:Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum of 3 to 5 years working experience in an Executive Assistant position with a multinational organization.Good understanding of social media trends.Quick and enthusiastic learner.Skilled and excited to communicate with different people.Friendly and approachable demeanor.Proactive and willing to share ideas.Detail-oriented and creative.High accuracy and a quality-focused mindset.Basic financial management skills.Deadline-oriented and inquisitive, with great follow-up and reporting skills.Skills Set:Good Oral and Written Communication: Communicate clearly, effectively, and appropriately at all levels, write minutes and letters, and summarize meetings.Creative Skills: Develop the SOP for this new role, develop PR ideas together with the Executive Director, and implement them.Critical Thinking Skills: Analyze research material and summarize for the Executive Director.Collaborative Skills: Collaborate with Project Members, External Stakeholders, or visitors.Organizational and Planning Skills: Plan and organize activities/meetings and visits of the Executive Director.Digital and IT Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite, database management, and general digital skills; support the Executive Director in developing presentations for specific needs.Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.#J-18808-Ljbffr
