About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Advanced Analytics to lead the strategic vision and execution of analytics initiatives that support decision-making and operational excellence. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting the direction of advanced analytics in alignment with corporate goals, building and leading a high-performing analytics team, and fostering a culture of innovation and data-driven decision-making. Key responsibilities include designing and implementing advanced analytics frameworks, providing strategic input for commercial planning, and leading the synthesis of data from various sources to generate insights. The role also involves cross-functional collaboration with leaders in marketing, market access, clinical, regulatory, finance, and sales, as well as driving the adoption of cutting-edge technologies such as machine learning and AI.Candidates for this role at the company should have a BA or BS in life sciences, marketing, or business, with at least 15 years' of experience in commercial analytics, and a strong preference for those with a background in rare diseases and/or oncology datasets. A proven track record of at least 7 years' in leading and managing analytics teams within the biotech or pharmaceutical sector is essential. The ideal candidate will be proficient in advanced machine learning algorithms, AI-driven solutions, and have experience with GenAI technologies. Thought leadership, the ability to represent the company at industry events, and a focus on team development and organizational impact are also key requirements.
