Essential Functions:
  • Cultivate positive relationships with volunteers, members, and stakeholders.
  • Direct volunteer activities and strategize for increased involvement.
  • Oversee federal and state grant programs with diligence.
  • Manage budgets effectively to meet or exceed targets.
  • Lead Annual Campaign fundraising efforts with creativity and determination.
  • Promote Alpha Community Services Y in the local community and foster collaborative relationships.
  • Support, supervise, and build an exceptional staff team.
  • Ensure smooth operation of branch facilities and programs.
  • Contribute to the realization of strategic goals.
  • Prioritize safety, risk management, and maintenance.
  • Drive effective marketing efforts to benefit the community.
  • Collaborate as a member of the Executive Management Team.
  • Undertake association responsibilities and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
  • Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree and minimum 5 years of progressive leadership experience.
  • Demonstrated success in building strong community relationships.
  • Significant fundraising experience, including leading campaigns.
  • Experience managing government grants and contracts.
  • Strong budget management skills.
  • Board development and advocacy experience.
  • Successful staff supervision and development experience.
  • Familiarity with Coordinated Access Network preferred.
  • High level of computer competency.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • CPR/First Aid/AED certification within 90 days of employment.
