This pivotal role requires a strategic leader with deep expertise in alumni relations, fundraising, and higher education administration. The Executive Director will oversee a range of activities, including alumni programming, data collection and analysis, communications, and volunteer management, ensuring that all efforts align with the company's mission and values.Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 7-9 years' experience in alumni relations or a related field, with a proven record of leadership and innovative programming. The role demands excellent communication skills, the ability to manage a significant budget, and a strong background in event planning and execution. The Executive Director will also be responsible for building and maintaining partnerships across the institution and with key faculty and staff. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, capable of contributing to the development of long-term strategies that enhance global alumni engagement, and will be prepared to work some evenings and weekends, with domestic and international travel.
