Camp Fowler seeks a director to lead the organization into a new era of ministry. The ideal candidate has a passion for working with children and young adults and feels a call to hands-on ministry. They must enjoy spending time outdoors and be willing to work hard alongside staff and volunteers. Strong candidates must balance being faithful stewards of the Camp's traditions and intentionally creative in pursuing changes that keep the organization vibrant and relevant. A spirit of Christian hospitality and openness is vital in this role so all people who come to Camp can experience a sense of belonging.
