About the Role The Vice President of Finance will oversee the financial planning and analysis related to our supply chain operations, ensuring that all financial activities align with the company's strategic objectives. This role requires a blend of financial acumen, operational expertise, and strategic insight to drive profitability, eGiciency, and growth within our supply chain functions. Primary Responsibilities •Financial Leadership: Lead financial strategy for the supply chain, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support operational goals. •Supply Chain Optimization: Collaborate with supply chain leadership to identify cost-saving opportunities, improve inventory management, and enhance overall operational eGiciency. •Performance Metrics: Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess supply chain performance and drive continuous improvement. •Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with procurement, logistics, and operations teams to ensure financial strategies are aligned with supply chain initiatives. •Risk Management: Identify financial risks associated with supply chain operations and develop mitigation strategies to safeguard the company's assets. •Reporting & Compliance: Ensure accurate financial reporting related to supply chain activities, adhering to regulatory requirements and internal policies. •Team Development: Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous professional development. •Stakeholder Engagement: Present financial insights and strategies to senior leadership and stakeholders, facilitating informed decision-making. Qualifications •Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) preferred. •15+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. •Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and financial best practices. •Proven track record of driving financial performance improvements within a supply chain context. •Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills. •Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization. •Proficient in financial modeling and data analysis tools; experience with ERP systems and any other supply chain systems. At Orveon Global, we carefully consider a wide range of non-discriminatory factors when determining salary. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, education, experience, and qualifications. The pay range for this position is $157,500 to $292,500.00.
