We are recruiting for a key leadership role on behalf of our client, a growing healthcare organization that provides vital medical and social services to underserved seniors, enabling them to live independently in their communities. This role, based in Brooklyn, offers a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the clinic, acting as the CEO of the location.
- Ensure high-quality care and compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a talented management team.
- Collaborate with finance to manage budgets and hiring plans.
- Build strong relationships with community partners and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Participate in strategic planning to improve operations across locations.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin (essential).
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Health Care Administration, Public Health, Social Welfare, or a related field.
- Significant experience (5+ years) developing and leading programs for vulnerable seniors.
- 3+ years in a supervisory role within health or social services.
- Proven track record of improving patient experience through data-driven initiatives.
- Ability to mentor and guide leaders and staff.
