About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director for its Home Care division. The successful candidate will be tasked with the administrative and leadership functions of the branch, ensuring compliance with all Federal and State regulations, as well as the company's policies and procedures. This role involves team management, including the evaluation, hiring, and development of staff, as well as overseeing client relations and business operations. The Executive Director will be responsible for branch growth strategies, financial performance, and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company's Home Care division should have a High School Diploma, with a preference for a college degree, and a background that includes a criminal check, valid driver's license, and acceptable MVR. While not mandatory, 2-3 years of management experience, particularly in a healthcare or pediatric setting, is preferred. The role requires a candidate who is physically capable of the demands of the job, including travel, and is adept at functioning in various environments. The Executive Director will also be expected to have a strong sense of smell and touch, and to be able to meet the company's health-related requirements for employees.
