About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director for its Home Care division. The successful candidate will be directly responsible for the administrative and leadership functions of the branch, ensuring compliance with all Federal and State regulations governing home health care agencies, as well as the company's policies and procedures. This role involves team management, including the evaluation, hiring, and development of staff, and maintaining client relations through intake interviews, satisfaction surveys, and issue resolution. The Executive Director will also be involved in business operations, such as planning and implementing growth strategies, reviewing financial performance, and ensuring branch compliance with all relevant regulations.Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company's Home Care division should have a High School Diploma, with a preference for a college degree, and a background that includes a criminal check, valid driver's license, and acceptable MVR. While not mandatory, 2-3 years of management experience, particularly in a healthcare or pediatric setting, is preferred. The role requires a candidate who is physically capable of the demands of the job, including travel, and who can function in various environments.
